Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Redrum Shooting Club purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

• Apparel must have tags intact

• Custom or limited edition items are non-refundable

How to Start a Return:
Email us at duelingvr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping address.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective.
